Born in Palermo, raised in Gubbio, Rosa Chiara Scalici studied International and Diplomatic Sciences in Gorizia. After a study period in Paris, she graduated in 2008 and left for Tunisia to work in a company and study Arabic. She then attended a training course in England after which she left for Angola, where she worked for five months in an NGO. When she returned to Italy in 2010, she attended a Master’s degree in Perugia and then worked in Rome, often going to Milan for work. For the past years, she has been living permanently in Milan, where she works in the communication sector.

She has always loved writing, because she is convinced that behind every face and every gesture there is a story hidden.
