Gisella Laterza is a bestelling children’s and YA author. She began writing at the Corriere della Sera newspaper in Bergamo while she was still at university. When she is not writing, she teaches Italian and Latin at secondary school and runs creative writing courses for boys and girls aged between 6 and 99. She has published novels, short stories for school anthologies, biographies, and a children’s retelling of the Divine Comedy (Einaudi Ragazzi).
