Author
Jacopo Olivieri began his career as a comic artist and illustrator, then moved on to designing costumes for the theatre before becoming a children’s book author. Fascinated by natural sciences since childhood, he spent countless hours drawing real and imaginary creatures, or roaming the countryside around Verona in search of amphibians and beetles. It’s no surprise that he loves writing stories packed with as many animals as possible — from ferrets to dinosaurs.
