Luca Caimmi

Luca Caimmi was born in Fano in 1978. He attended the animated drawing section at the Urbino art school and then the Accademia, graduating in painting. He has won some important awards, such as the Andrea Pazienza Award and selection at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair in 1998 and 1999. With Coconino Press, in the first issue of Black magazine, he published the short comic strip story I laghi neri; later, he illustrated the book Ti racconto il calcio, published by Libri di sport. He has taken part in exhibitions in Italy and France, exhibiting drawings, illustrations, paintings and ceramic works that he creates by collaborating with Faenza workshops.
