Just Right officially attends the BCBF for the first time, with a full agenda of meetings aimed at showcasing the agency’s extensive catalog and presenting the brand new partnership with Book On a Tree.

The Bologna Children’s Book Fair, celebrating its 62nd edition, serves as a key event for professionals worldwide involved in the creation, production, and promotion of publishing and cross-media content for children. From today, March 31, to April 3 at Bologna Fiere,  the BCBF is hosting approximately 1,500 exhibitors from 90 countries and regions, attracting a large audience of publishers, distributors, agents, authors, and illustrators.

Just Right proudly represents some of the most distinguished independent children’s publishing houses, including Camelozampa, Edizioni Corsare, Emons Raga, Errekappa, ideestortepaper, and Settenove. Moreover, the agency does not only focus on publisher partnerships but also manages subsidiary rights for multi-award-winning Italian children’s authors and illustrators. Moreover, the agency continues to expand its offer, thanks to the partnership with the creative agency Book On a Tree. Under this collaboration, Just Right will manage and promote the sales of subsidiary rights from the extensive Book On a Tree catalog to the international market.

During the four days of the fair, the founders, Francesca Segato, Michela Bennici and Sara Saorin are focused on presenting at the BCBF the new entries in the catalog, and developing business opportunities in the publishing sector, in the audiovisual market, and beyond.

Various signing meetings with authors and illustrators are scheduled, such as multi-awarded talent Neil Packer (The Parable of the Independent Bakers), and Alessio Alcini (Micro-Space Rabbits and Extinctopedia) winner of the prestigious BCBF Illustrators Exhibition 2025 (Camelozampa, H26 – A44). Additional signings will feature Marianna Bruno, author of Recherche, and Giovanni Colaneri, author of Hortus Rapsody (IdeeStortePaper, H25 – B15), as well as internationally known poet Silvia Vecchini and multi-awarded author and illustrator Fabian Negrin (Edizioni Corsare, H26 – B53).

You can find more information about Just Right at the Rights Centre with Michela (H30 – Table J8) or stopping by at the Camelozampa Booth (H26 – A44) for a chat with Sara and Francesca.
