Manuela Salvi

Manuela Salvi, born in 1975, is a writer and translator for leading Italian publishing houses. In 2012, she founded ICWA, the Italian association of children’s writers. In 2017, her YA novel Girl Detached was nominated for the Carnegie Medal in England. Manuela has a PhD in children’s literature from Roehampton University in London.
